PVC full name is Polyvinylchlorid,the main component is polyvinyl chloride. Additionally, other ingredients are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc. The main component of the bottom layer is polyvinyl chloride.It is a popular and widely used synthetic material in the world today. Its global use ranks second among all synthetic materials. PVC is being produced and applied worldwide at a growth rate of 4%. PVC is the most suitable material for producing three dimensional surface film.

It can be classified in soft and rigid PVC.Hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market,while soft PVC accounts for about 1/3 of the market.Soft PVC is commonly used for flooring, ceilings and leather surfaces,but soft PVC contains softener (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC).Easily brittle, not easy to preserve,So its application is limited.Hard PVC does not contain softener, so it has good flexibility, easy to shape, not easy to be brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, long storage time, so it has great development and application value.hereinafter,we name it PVC.The essence of PVC is a vacuum plastic-absorbing film, which is used for the surface packaging of various kinds of panels.
