For vinyl flooring planks,it consist of wear layer/print film/base layer.
The production starts:we cut print film and wear layer into same size with base layer.Lay them for four layers,then put them into the hot press machine.After one hour,the floor piece is done,but we have to lay them on the ground for 48 hours before water cooling and uv coating.
