1.Prepare raw materials well,make correct formula, check machine to be sure it is in good condition.

2.Color test:before formal production,we will do some test to check the effect.Even though it increases our cost,we could not save this step.

3.During production,we will check the printed decorative PVC film on LED screen,upon any problems found,we will make a solution immediately.

4.Re-rolling:After all the decorative PVC film rolled well on the bobbins:

   --we put the big rolls onto re-rolling machine to reroll the film on our standard bobbins.

   --When re-rolling finished,we pack them and lay them on wood pallet.

Delivery afrer re-rolling and packing   

--By truck usually for domestic customers

--By sea,usually for overseas customers

Wood designs--light shade,dark shade,oak wood etc,looks more vivid like real wood.

Marble designs--lingt and dark colors,it looks light real stone or marble
