Preparation before production

1. Make sure no dust ,no rubbish,no wast materials surround the production line and the airflow vent in good condition.

2. Make sure material abundant for production,meet printing standards as below:

A.Smooth and even thickness,clean surface.

B. Base film elongation should be within 1% after streching by machine.

C. Be awear of the affinity between film and ink solution.

3. Check impression cylinders surface and installation position.

4. Check and make sure feeding,conveying,drying,ink apply,strecthing,winding go well.Make sure surface and register proper through computer screen.

5. Make ink formula as sample.

6. Cyliner installation:watch the left and right side,cylinder can not be too tight nor too loose.

7. Install doctor/ink blade:

Adjust the angle between blade and cylinder from 15 degree to 45 degree.Grind the blade if needed before production.
