In 2009, the floor industry started the second environmental protection revolution, and launched the E0 level environmental protection standard. The formaldehyde emission of the floor was reduced to 0.5mg/l.

The results are as follows: PVC flooring is composed of PVC and calcium carbonate powder and other natural materials, there is no formaldehyde at all, and most of PVC floor is processed from raw materials, and no harmful substances are involved in the whole production process.

PVC elastic material itself does not contain formaldehyde, PVC floor in the production process will not use any products containing formaldehyde, the qualified PVC flooring should be 100% formaldehyde free, may have the smell of aromatics and additives, will not cause harm to people's body, and will not make people uncomfortable.

According to the national standard, non combustible materials are classified as fire-proof class A, such as stone, face brick, etc.

The test method for level B1 is:

Use a cotton ball with an inner diameter of 10 mm, dip it in alcohol, and place it on the surface of the PVC elastic floor to burn naturally. After the cotton ball is burned, measure the diameter of the burned floor trace. If it is less than 50 mm, it is Class B1 flame retardant standard.

The national test on the wear resistance of PVC plastic floor is not simply to use sharp tools to scratch the surface, but to use a flat bottom circular grinding disk to polish the test floor under the pressure of 1kg. After how many revolutions of rotary polishing, the wear-resistant layer on the floor surface is exposed to the rotation of the base.

The rotation of this node is an index to measure the wear resistance of PVC floor. Give the floor a number of national minimum standard 1500 revolutions. Therefore, the wear resistance of PVC floor is specially determined by the national testing agency.
